Our range of new PRHT probes incorporate the very latest digital technology and many options are available. The main choices are:
- RH% and Air Temperature in one probe
- RH%, Air Temperature and Air Pressure in one probe
- Air Pressure only
The RHT sensing element is an integrated silicon-based package from Sensirion, does not require recalibration (although annual checks are recommended for accurate measurements) and gives excellent long-term stability. It incorporates a PTFE foil membrane to filter out small dust particles. The Skye electronics takes the raw digital signal and converts it to stable DC voltages proportional to RH% and temperature.
The device for measuring air pressure is a high resolution altimeter sensor from MEAS, Switzerland. It is micro-machined silicon using MEMS Technology, and gives a high linearity pressure sensor. As with RHT element, the Skye electronics takes the raw digital signal and converts it to stable DC voltages proportional to air pressure.
Every sensor is individually calibrated and tested.
